My blog has about 150,000 views a month and it has been stuck there for a couple months, almost three now. I have been used to pretty strong growth every month and I am wondering if it is time to change things up a little. I usually post two or three articles a week on my blog about real estate. I have done only a couple guest blogs except for one big real estate blog I guest blog with a few times a month. I don't have time to write five articles a week spin was wondering if it is wise to write less on my blog and the bigger real estate blog in guest blog for and focus on guest blogging with new sites to get new links. I have plenty of topics to write about so that is not an issue on my blog, I want to make sure my time is spent wisely.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would add just one guest post per week (I should probably take my own advice here). It might make a world of difference with those fresh eyeballs being led to your site!

Given that you already post 3 times per week on your own site, I would recommend guest posting. Feel free to get in touch if you wish to guest post on moneystepper.
