I apparently got marked as spam on that hashtag, so now anything I post with a #yakezie tag doesn't show up in top unless it gets retweeted, at which point it shows up for another person, not my account.
Be careful and don't use hashtags too much if you use the same one over and over again like #yakezie is used. You might just find that Twitter dings you. I'm kinda bitter about it, since I used it maybe 3-4 times a week at the most. (I only post twice a week)

What a pain!
I was just wondering whether you think us Yakezie challengers should maybe start using a #yakeziechallenger hashtag?

I didn't even know that they had a problem with using hashtags. I see people who end every single tweet with the same hashtags (#tcot for example), but they don't seem to have any problems with their tweets. I hope this isn't a problem specific to the #yakezie one.

I'm thinking that it was because it made up a lot of my hashtag use. I mean, a lot of times I'd retweet someone who already had #yakezie in their tweet, and sometimes I'd even add it so that it would appear again in the stream.
Oh well, no big deal. I stopped using it for the time being to see if Twitter will be kind enough to let me come back to it in the future.

Hmm looks like some of my tweets don't show up either when I do a search for #yakezie, and I haven't been using it more than a few times a week myself. I can see all my tweets with #yakezie when I look at my profile at least. That's lame though if Twitter is blocking some of us hiding results from the search function.

That makes sense, JT. Well, your logic makes sense, but Twitter's decision doesn't! I'll have to be careful when using Twitter (which I don't use as often as I should).
