The Saved Quarter

I have the Yakezie Post Footer on my blog, made by Frugal Zeitgeist and Beating Broke. I'm mid-blog-makeover and need to install my plugins on the new version of The Saved Quarter and can't figure out where I found it to download. It doesn't show up on the Wordpress plugins download directory and a quick look at the two creator blogs doesn't lead me to it.
Where can I get it again?

The plug in is on the bottom of my posts if you want to take a look. It lists the 5 most recent posts in the Yakezie Network.

Hey, it actually lists 5 random posts, that was the trickiest part to work out!!!
I want to make it with a dashboard and access to various skins so white would be an option for sure.
