Every Monday, I post The Saved Quarter Challenge, and it is my most popular day of the week in terms of page views/unique visitors. Other blogs link in with their savings tips and progress. For the past month, I've posted about getting your financial house in order, and in February, I'm focusing on saving money on regular expenses.
I'd like to add links to some Yakezie posts about the topics I have planned. If you've written a post with tips on saving in the following categories, please post them and I'll add those that fit best, with links of course, in upcoming Challenge posts for the month of February. Here are the topics I'm planning on covering.
- Saving on cell phone/land lines
- Saving on transportation (buying, maintaining, and insuring your car, using alternative forms of transportation to save money)
- Saving on Internet
- Saving on TV/cable/satellite
If you have a post on any of these topics, send them along to me, and add your preferred anchor text along with the link! I may change the anchor text but will do my best to give you the link you request while keeping it natural in the flow of the post. Hopefully it will lead to some yummy link juice and a bit of extra traffic for you!

We've got a good post on how to save money on gas. We run the numbers on whether it is best to buy discount gas with cash (at places like Arco), or use a gas credit card that pays 3-5% back at any other gas station:
