I've been following instructions on how to add a child page to a parent. Despite following the directions properly, it does not show up under my parent link (menu). For example, I added "TEST PAGE" as a child under my "Contact Me" menu (parent) link. Yet, it does not show up.
Anyone able to help me know whether or not my theme allows it and how to make the change? I'd like to add several child pages as I redesign my site.
Thanks in advance.

You're using twentyten, so there should be no problem with adding a child page and having it appear in the menu under the item you want. Are you using the default menu with the theme, or did you manually add a menu under the Appearance > Menus section? Something to check in the meantime: Do you have your TEST PAGE published? I don't believe it will show up until it's actually published.

Go to your theme settings section in your wordpress dashboard and then click settings. In there you can check the box next to the page you want to publish. Then save the settings. It should show up after that as long as you clear your cache.

Also like Money Crush said, make sure to update your menu settings. Nothing happens in the navigation bar until that is updated.

I added a menu… I have one for subscribers of the Weekly Newsletter (once they sign in) and one for everyone else. Yes, my TEST PAGE is published.
So, I added it to my Menu section under appearance, but it doesn't show up as a child… as you can see.
When I created the page, I selected the parent as Contact Me with the default template, order 1. Not sure what I did wrong? Ideas? Thanks…

HAHA… with some weird trial and error, I went to Appearance > Menus and then dragged TEST PAGE under Contact Me (slightly indented) and it took… I pressed save menu. Now it appears to be working? Does it look alright to you?

Yup looks perfect. That's what you'll need to do since you're using a custom menu. (Appearance > Menus.)
