Google hasn't updated their PR in quite some time (since late 2013).
There is no guarantees they will ever update it again, actually.
A better measure at this point MozRank and/or DomainAuthority.
You can check these stats at Moonsy.com.
You can pretty much take the first digit of your DA, and that is about the same as PR.
For instance, the Domain Authority of my site (http://seedebtrun.com) is a 46.
Our page rank is 4, where it has been for a long time now.
If your DA was 35, that would equate to a PR of 3.
If your DA was 22, that would equate to a PR of 2.
..and so on..
