Hi all, I am working on building a site for a blog carnival (not PF related) and I am trying to figure out if there is a contact form plugin that will allow me to schedule which email a form goes to in advance. I want it to change every week at the same time.

Any ideas? Also, it would be cool if we could add an email confirming receipt of the submission.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but I've heard Gravity Forms is a very robust contact form.  I think it's a paid plugin though (there could be a free version).

Christopher – It looks like blogcarnivalhq has some of the functionality we want, but we are trying to build a niche carnival site (jewishblogcarnival.com and its sub-sites for each carnival).
