I just changed my blog to a self-hosted one, and need to update the website in my Yakezie profile. It will not let me update in Yakezie profile. Each time I update it, it reverts back to the original link.
Any thoughts??

Had this problem before, I think it is cache related…. Will email Chris and see if he can help sort it.

I manually changed the url in Andrea's profile and cleared the cache too. It still has the same blogspot url. Let us see if Chris has any insights into how to proceed…

Oddly when I tried to change on the profiles it wouldn't stick for me, wonder why it worked when you did it Suba!

Actually, if you read carefully, it didn't stick for Suba either. She changed mine manually, but it went back to my old Blogspot URL. I got all excited at first because I thought it was finally fixed, then I looked and was disappointed to find that nothing has changed!

The best way, to me, is changing your signature to add the new site. Believe me, I never go to profile to know which site you represent, I believe most of us do the same way, we click on signature.
Go ahead announce your site..

Chris replied to me, he said that it can only be changed in the database, I don't think I have access to that so will email him back and see if he has time to make the change…..
Anyone else need a site change while I am at it?

I did change it in the database for Sooverdebt. It didn't seem to have made a difference. I will ask Chris again, may be there is multiple tables this needs changing…
