Would it be possible to group the email digests by topic instead of having a "flat" view? In Google Groups, everything was grouped by topic IIRC. I find the current way hard to follow because a thread and its replies are scattered all over the email.
What do you guys think?

Kevin, I have taken to going directly to the yakezie website and checking my unread posts (with most recent first). I had the same experience that you did with the email digest.

Hey guys, I wish I had some good news here, but unfortunately, I do not. We are actually cheating with the email digest functionality as it is coming off of an RSS feed (which is why it is not in topic order, but in chronological order). The email digest is not a feature of our forum software, and so we are using a third party RSS->Email tool to get emails out to everyone. As of right now, unfortunately, there isn't much I can do in that department. Google Groups had a really good email tool, but I can't get it to work here. Hopefully, the creators of our forum software will bring the email digest into their next major version, but until then, I think Barb's solution is the best one. Sorry :-(

Yakezie Webmaster.
If it's broke I will try to fix it. If you need help, let me know and I will see what I can do.

Hey Chris, Thanks for letting us know. Actually, heading to the forum and checking unread topics is really quick. I can actually skip the topics of lesser interest. Then mark all as "read." The next visit only those I haven't seen come up! It's quick and easy!

This does work pretty well. My own gripe is that it seems like all the unread topics are being marked as read — I think it only looks at what is unread since the last login, so anything that was still unread last time won't show up again unless there is a new reply.
Thanks for the update, Chris!
