This might be a dumb question, but I have no idea if there is an easy way to do this:
Is there a way to find all of the links for an affiliate on my site? For example, I am changing up my affiliate for a product because of a better payout. Is there an easy way to find these links or do I have to go post by post looking for them? Another example would be if I no longer want to promote a product.
Any help would be appreciated.

In Wordpress go to Posts and do a search from the box there. It can search for specific links or keywords.

It's there any way to find and replace links in bulk? I have a similar problem, but I want to delete the Zemanta link in the bottom of a year and a half's worth of posts.

There is a way to replace links in bulk, but it isn't as simple. You have to do a find and replace script directly in your database (or find a plugin that will do that).
Something like this plugin would probably work, but I've never tried it before.

That plugin hasn't been updated in a year and is only listed as compatible to a beta version of 3.5. I'm not sure I'd trust it to make bulk database changes.

There must be something weird with my theme or wordpress because I've never had any luck with the search feature in the posts section.
It'll either bring no results, or tons of results that make no sense. I'm glad it works for you guys at least.
