What would be the easiest way to move a handful of posts from one Wordpress site to a different one? I originally set up my SEAM Publishing site as two separate Wordpress installs and as part of the re-launch I'm working on, I'm condensing that down into one. But that means either moving the posts from one site to the other or moving the pages from the other to the first.

Wordpress has an export function.  It allows you to filter based on things like category or date range.  If you manually categorized all of the posts you want to export with a shared category, you should be able to pull only the ones you want.

That should work. I'm so used to resorting to highly technical solutions, I forgot that there was a tool for that already!
