Hello Forum Members,

I'm brand new to Yakezie so that I could do the Alexa challenge. My question is how do I post articles to Yakezie through the dashboard? After I post the article to my blog, how do I get visitors through Yakezie?

Only members can post on the main Yakezie blog. The best way to get traffic to add a signature to your forum profile. Click the profile link that is in the top right. It's right above the 'select forum' drop down.

The next best thing to do is interact in the forums and on other members and challengers blogs. Good luck with the challenge!

You can shamelessly post your articles in forum too, but be limited and rare, and promote only your exceptional contents.

Stay active on Yakezie but don't just post an article to get viewers. Do it for a reason that you believe that will benefit the member and challengers on here. Visit EVERYONE's blog and comment from the heart as you see fit and I know you will be posting a blog post stating how you got your AR under 200k in 5 days.

Cool

That's great advice. I'll have to manage my time better so that I will be more active on Yakezie. Visiting everyone's blog is another great suggestion. Thank you.

I didn't realize that I could post articles in the Yakezie forum. How would I do that for a 700-word article? Would I just provide a link on the forum to the blog article?

Yup. Plus a few sentences why you are sharing it.

I'm looking for editors, beta-readers, and some demographic research for my upcoming novel, Once Upon a Saturn Moon. If you like reading soft sci-fi thrillers, maybe with a touch of romance thrown in, you can find more information at http://seampublishing.com/once…..aturn-moon

Hi Glen, Welcome. The more you comment on others sites, the more they will visit yours. Also, as you respond to comments on the forum, you get your name and your site out!! Glad to have you on board. Good luck. Also, be patient, this blogging growth thing takes lots of time :)

Thank you, Barb. Your suggestions are very helpful. I've been making forum entries now since I joined last week, but understand that it'll take awhile before I get noticed. Also, I do have to really put a lot more focus into commenting on other sites. I've been concentrating on my blogging, but will definitely take your advice about visiting and commenting on other sites. Thank you for the warm welcome, as well.

I would also make sure to participate in the next blog swap. You can find out when those are coming up in the Blogger's Lair section. This exposes you're blog and you're reading to a new audience and builds backlinks.

Oh, wonderful! I never thought of that. I've seen many announcements about blog swaps in the Blogger's Lair section. Thank you, Andi.
