It's a "bar" that appears at the top or bottom of your site that has a link of text and a link in it. Some people have had a lot of success getting people to subscribe with it. Not us however – we had it up 2 weeks and not one click so we got rid of it in favour of having our site faster. I think narrowbridge.net has it, but I can't be certain.
