If your site is ever down for just you, try restarting your browser and/or computer. I thought my blog had a bug the other day but it went away once I restarted firefox.

Also could be ISP related. Sometimes restarting your modem will fix it. If all else fails, turn it off and back on again.

Thanks for the input, but this problem is persistent across browsers, OS'es, and computers in my house.

I did try restarting it. Last night. Next stop is a hard refresh, which is a PITA, because then I have to reconfigure WDS to get internet downstairs again.

Issue has finally been resolved. Even though my IP was not listed as block, the server simply decided not to accept connections from it. They flushed the server cache and I can now access my sites.

Another service that monitors your site and notifies you if it is down is Pingdom.
It is free for the first domain.
