Recently Sam posted a topic called the spammer watch group. Well I think I need to start the scammer watch group because someone tried to scam me last week. You can read what happened below but has anyone else caught someone trying to scam them?

It is hard sometimes for me (mainly because I'm new) to recognize Spam vs Non-spam. I came across a "canadian carnival" post on the site but the wording didn't make sense. I sent it to trash just to be safe, but then I got another one and verified that it was spam. Maybe I'll get better at spotting the clever ones.

I think working off of instinct is a good tool and not off of emotion.

I agree, I have had to ask a Yakezie Member a couple of times to make sure though. Some of them are hard to spot

You are absolutely right. I am glad you asked and didn't get burned.
