I am new to this site and have a few questions. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out.
Am I writing the posts (2 to 4 per week) on my blog or this site?
Do I my posts get pulled in to this site?
I just need help understanding how this works.

You post to your own site and those posts are all yours, Yakezie doesn't use them.
This is simply a group that helps each other. Your only "job" is to post 2 or more times a week, work on getting your Alexa ranking lowered, and helping back when you can is appreciated. :-)

I think you have to be accepted as a member (versus a challenger) to have your article pulled into the Yakezie site automatically.
For anyone that is curious, I believe John is talking about the "Articles from the Yakezie Network" page, which is very cool and I just discovered recently!

Yakezie Blog Network includes those sites that have written a member post IIRC, and you'll get to do that if you get your alexa under 200,000.
