I'm having an issue on my site's main page where content is not always up to date. Intermittently the content reverts back to previous posts, and other times seems to loads fine. I have been after my hosting company but when the investigate it's working fine. Any ones eles run into the issue before?

Might be something with your site cache or browser cache. Those are the first two places to look.
