Do feel that this thread can be used going forward to communicate any issue with any yakezie member/challenger sites we come across while doing rounds, it will help site owners to take a note of the issue, at list visit Yakezie forum many more times than my own site.
Since yesterday Retire by 40 and financially consumed are having problem on their sites, my chrome and firefox is complaining about potential malware damage.
Joe and Hunter, this is for you guys to take steps with your hosts if you haven't started already.

Just in case anyone is hesitating to visit their sites due to the problem, it is all fixed now. So visit and welcome them back :-)

We can def use this thread…though I would still encourage to contact them through their page directly if it isnt down. Speaking of site issues, I was emailed by sitelock today that i have some malware issue on mine…first time this has happened.

Use this to check your site
__http://www.unmaskparasites.com/security-report/?page=YOURSITE.COM
This helped me tremendously to isolate the issue.
I don't know exactly how my site got corrupted, but I found the problem. Eventually I reinstalled wordpress and that got rid of the script.

I read somewhere that malware can sometimes be inserted via comments. So it's a good idea to require approval of comments the first time someone comments on your site. (Don't know if that's what went on in this case, but it's a thought.)

Financially Consumed is still having issues – if you go through Google, it redirects to:

College investor, did you clear your cache? I'll send email to Hunter to clear wp cache too.

Ya, my cache is clear. It's weird because I can go to Financially Consumed directly and it works. However, if I type in Financially Consumed in Google and click the link, it redirects…

While I don't know if this site will help identify malware, I use Montastic to shoot me an auto email anytime my site goes down. As far as I can tell, it's about 90% accurate and has saved my butt a few times.

Very likely a hack of the .htaccess file, or whatever it is that iis uses instead of the .htaccess file. Probalby redirecting anything with google in the referrer data. Sneaky, since anyone, like the owner, who goes directly to the site probably won't ever see it unless they have webmaster tools or something similar to tell them.

Yikes. Good to know. I think I'll set a reminder to check google every so often for that.

Thanks SB – This forum could be very useful. I believe the RB4T issue has been resolved. However I have noticed some issues with Joe's advertisement not loading properly on Financially Consumed.
Stay patched up to date with all your software, change passwords regularly, and don't eat the red liquorice.
Hunter.
