Have you ever had to take out a loan to pay for medical care? I recently did. What's done is done, but I'm still not 100% that I made the right decision. Are there any pros or cons in this debate that I missed? Feedback greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your operation was urgent so I think in this case using the loan was worth it. If you come across cheaper debt in the future, (lower interest rate,) you can pay this one off a bit faster. I'm thinking about possibly buying real estate in the next couple of year, and I think a better credit score will help me get a better mortgage rate. So I guess it also depends on are you going to use your credit score to do anything in the next few years or not Laugh.
