MR at the http://www.moneyreasons.com blog is hosting the Yakezie Carnival this week (hey that's me!).
I have a slight change on the submission process!
After email conversations with Jacob @ MyPersonalFinanceJourney.com and Glen @ FreeFromBroke.com, we've decided to expand the options available for the submission process to include forms.
Using Glen's form as a template (thanks Glen), we now have a form that you can cut and paste your information into and just click submit. The results from your submission will go to a spreadsheet that the host can cut and paste directly into their post. This should take some of the drudgery out of the hosting process!
Since I'm hosting this week, I'll be the guinea pig and work out the kinks this week.

Will each host have to create a form to do this (I already have one set up), or will this be the standard form, and each host given access to it (similar to the Blog Carnival emails)?

I'd recommend that each host can use this standard form (why re-invent the wheel…), but if you have your own, that's cool too.
After I compile the carnival on Sunday, I'll post instructions in this Yakezie Carnival Category explaining this optional process. The advantage is that it will be a cut and paste process for all the submission in one shot. So far, things look great and I'm very pleased with the results! Big thanks to Glen on the initial form creation!

Thanks! We – Jacob (from My Personal Financial Journey), Glen (from Free From Broke) and I came up with what I think is a pretty decent solution. I'll know after I prepare the Yakezie carnival this Sunday. 
If it goes as planned, I'll create a post that will server as the user guide that explains how to embed the links in the host's post easily and quickly.

Thanks, Glen (From Free From Broke) created this form initially a few years ago. It's a great idea. Tom from canadianfinanceblog.com has another great tool that we might introduce in the future too.
