In your post, you mention that you gave away a Dave Ramsey book in your last giveaway.  How do you handle getting the shipping name and address to physical items?

I contacted the winner via twitter and asked if he had an email that I could use to follow up about winning the book.  I sent an email and simply asked if he would provide a good address that he would like to receive the book at.  I've sent out two books this way and haven't had any pushback from the winners.  If they ever do, I might have to think through an alternative, but I'll play it by ear if that happens.
