As you may know, I'm investigating real estate investments this year (personally) and blogging about them on FamilyMoneyValues.  I'm posting links to various posts from all Yakezie members/challengers that have written about real estate investing – see this thread if you want to add some: http://yakezie.com/forums/yake…..ts/#p60924.

As a novice (potential) investor, I have questions.  I thought it might be fun to do an email survey or questionaire to you folks who actually own rental property.  I don't have the questions listed yet, but wanted to check to see if anyone might be interested in responding.  I would of course, provide credits to you in anything published (unless for some reason you didn't want them).
