Hi all,
Inspired by Jeff's Roth IRA and Debt Movements, I wanted to challenge myself and others. Granted retirement planning, investing, and generating passive income are important, I believe work life balance is equally important.
A few weekends ago, I went to the California Poppy Festival. This was my first time ever in the city of Lancaster. I had a great time, but it also made me think. In all my years in Los Angeles, what are the things I've always wanted to do here, but always put off for another day? Why wait when you're close to kicking the bucket? Why do we always puts things we wanted to do in the backseat? What if we never get to them?
In the next two weekends, I'm going to challenge myself to accomplish a bucket list item I've always wanted to do in Los Angeles. I'll take the following week to write it up and have it ready to go on May 24th.
Care to join me? What's in it for you?
In the next two weekends you will finally accomplish one of your own bucket list items in your area. Secondly, for those of us not in your area, we will get to live vicariously through you. You will be an advocate for your hometown. Who knows, your compelling words, may even boost your local tourism. We can help stimulate our economy! Who needs quantitative easing?
If you're interested in joining the challenge, please submit your post link to me by May 24 at buck@buckinspire.com. I'll round them up as quick as possible so if you happen to not be traveling on Memorial weekend, you can go on many virtual vacations through everyone else's Bucket List Challenge posts.
Good Luck!
Buck
