Some of us posted on our blogs about funny search terms used to gain access to our blogs. We can't post on same topic multiple times. But I need to vent somewhere. What better than this forum?

Last two days I got two search terms that I want to share

Yesterday I got "??? ????????" now notice the space in between, I have been thinking why the searcher put a space in between. No, its not a character conversion problem.

Today I got "Stupid Advice" searcher went to a post which is titled "Don't be stupid, advice for college freshman". But someone searching for stupid advice and coming to my blog…you know what i mean? Laugh

I'm getting a lot of hits from Japanese word searches that I have used in my weekly Yakezie reviews.

'She Man' seems to be popular too! LOL

Don't feel bad, SB – one of my most frequent search terms is "my credit sucks." :)

Yes, really. In a way it hurts my feelings, but I have to remember – my credit DOES suck. Can't wait for the day I can post "my credit is AWESOME!"

LOL. I can see how "great advice" might be a more positive thing to see, but it's all good, right? :)

I tend to get a bunch of people searching for terms with "wild" in them. Since I publish the Squirreling Gone Wild series, these people keep finding my blog. Terms such as "grandma gone wild" and "wild alligators" are the types that bring people to my personal finance blog :)

Funny terms SB. It always amazes me what people search for.

The last couple days people have found my site by putting in "true or false".

I don't which one it is but they hit my site in the mean time. I wonder what they are trying to figure out.

But SoOverDebt – writing about credit sucking is so much better for your blog – Who is going to google "my credit is awesome"?? No one, because they don't have a problem they need advice with :).

Hold on to those searchers with sucky credit! They're the right audience for the topic!

"how to manipulate people"

"won lottery what's wise investment" heh, I want to say that, too!

There's not too many funny ones, but a lot of interesting ones especially when you search in the 1 pageview area… it's like when you go to Google Suggest and type in "Why " and let it suggest stuff to you. :P

"Why is the sky blue?"

"Why can't I own a Canadian" (lol??)

"Why is my poop green?" :S

I've had some pretty funny ones, but unfortunately I can't remember what they are right now and my quick search through GA proved unsuccessful. Oh well, I'm sure I'll come across some more great ones soon!

"Chartreuse bolero" is my funniest.

My most frequent search term is "homemade conditioning cleanser" or something related to the product WEN. I did a scratch vs. store bought and made a semi-scratch recipe for it for way cheaper, and I get a lot of hits for that. Funny, because it's not exactly what my blog is about!
