I check AdSense every couple of weeks, and WP Stats a few times a day (whenever I am logged into my site).

I usually check statcounter (I like the selection criteria better there), at least 5 times a day. If I see that a google Ad was selected, I'll check out to see what it was in Adsense. Once I'm in Adsense, I then go to Google Analytics if I have a Ad click. I have huge holes of non-checking times like when I'm at work (we are blocked) and when I do family things with my kids…
I'm hoping if I ever get over 1,000 daily visitors that I'll stop checking so much :(

I usually check stats about 1x per day on my wordpress, and check my google stats once every 2 weeks or so. I try to focus most of my efforts in the yakezie forums and commenting elsewhere

This is what I want to do, but few more hits on GA though.

I check my analytics almost every day, keyword rankings weekly and earnings daily.
When I started earning money from my first website I probably checked hourly. I think I got up early the next day to check my full days earnings and got a calculator out to extrapolate that amount.

I limit myself to checking all stats just one time per day…I used to check constantly throughout the day and found myself just burning up too much time that way…

I used to check every morning, but in June my number of visitors started dropping and it became not so much fun to see the drop (kind of like yesterday's market) so I now only check once a week! I do check Alexa every morning though!

I check my wp stats constantly, but I think it's important to see which articles are popular and keep track of trends, so that I can try to enhance those articles or utilize that traffic in some way.
Like today I noticed that a certain keyword phrase was bringing in lots of traffic to a somewhat unrelated article on my site for an expired promotion, but I was able to update that article to provide the information that was being searched for, so now readers who search those terms and land on my site will find what they are looking for, which should in return increase the article's popularity and search ranking.
I also remember problogger writing how he keeps track of traffic trends on articles, so that he can incorporate advertising on very popular articles, which I try to do as well.

Maybe like 20 times a day. I really got to stop this.

I have the Alexa toolbar, so I see the basic # everytime Im on my site. As for Adsense, I dont use that anymore. Though I do check my analytics page once every couple of days, but probably only extensively once a week when I do my weekly update.

I check Google analytics every morning, first thing. Kind of like my morning wake-up ritual. Most days it is encouraging some depressing, but almost always motivating. I also take about 30 minutes every day and check all of my other affiliate sites, ad revenue, and other rankings but to be sure of where I stand.
