This year I am trying to figure out what kind of real estate investment I want to make. To get there, I am trying to learn as much as possible about the various forms of investing in the real estate sector – whether that be actually owning property, buying shares in a REIT, owning a tax lien certificate or someother form of investment in the sector.
Soooo… I want to do several posts on Family Money Values that have links to your real estate investment, land lord, mortgage/refinancing, tenant stories, remodel/fix it up stuff and etc. Anything related to buying, owning, managing or selling real estate property or paper.
Post them here or shoot me an email marie <at> familymoneyvalues <dot> com. If you could provide one or two words about where the post fits in the real estate continuum it would be great too!

I think we'll finally be in the green in January. Rental properties usually take a while to turn positive cash flow especially on the coasts. From what I understand, the mid-west and Texas are much better for cash flow.
