I did. I actually stole a little from Pat Flynn and Neil Patel. I also changed my freebie for my optin and it is working much better. I then converted my eBook into this guide.

It's free – just link to it! No promotion, no opt-in, nothing. There are a few links and opt-ins scattered within (and some have already converted), but otherwise, I'm just using it to build links and traffic.
For the layout, I had the header designed on Fiverr, and I did the rest of the layout myself. I already had Premise installed, so I used custom landing pages for each page.
