Just wanted to let everyone know I joined! I started my blog about two weeks ago and my Alexa rank was over 20,000,000. I now have it to ~6,000,000. I look forward to learning a lot and getting to know everyone on the forums and their blogs.

Already checked out your site – following your rental property series because it's something I'm interested in.
You might think about changing your Twitter avatar and image here because the letters "MLM" online generally means Multi Level Marketing (like Amway), and you may unnecessarily scare some readers away because they got the wrong impression.

Thanks for all the welcomes guys! I did change my logo. I had thought about it before but didn't think it would be a huge deal but ML&M looks alright too for now until I get something better down the road.
