I had BlogHer ads, but dropped out because the restrictions aren't worth the revenue.   The most I earned was $25/month.

You can make much more with private advertising (unless you get a gazillion page hits a month).

 

Having said that, they're a great group of people and I can't wait for the conference next month right here in San Diego.
