Hi, friends! I have been away for awhile, focusing on my family's health. Part of that is some drastic lifestyle changes to live a healthier lifestyle. I've been working out daily (all new to me!), eating better and feeling great. I have applied to be the next Mamavation Mom for support on this journey. Mamavation is a social media experiment/weight loss bootcamp, and I've made the finalist round. Two moms will be selected from the group of 6 women in the running.
I could really use your votes & support. You can read more about my journey on my personal blog, and I talk about why I want this in my application video on the voting page.
