I just posted up my new site logo! Please stop by when you get a chance and let me know what you think.

Pete over @ Logos For Websites turned it around in 2 days! I gave him little to no guidance and the first draft somehow ended up being exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend him.

Im also having some issues with changing my favicon.  I have a wordpress theme, so any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Looks good!  There are a few oddities in Chrome, mainly the shadows beyond the above the fold banner on the left.  Oh, and one of them is talking.  Not sure if you know that some are audio ads, but apparently some guy was really excited to tell me I won a $100 gift card.

In your source code (header) is this: http://www.moneyistheroot.com/…..avicon.gif  You need to upload a favicon with that URL structure and then you won't have to change any code around.

Looks pretty awesome though.

Looks great.  He is working on one for us as well.  I hope I didn't insult him by requesting some alterations to the first version.

I am so insulted!!!

just kidding. i was working on revisions for you. :)  new drafts sent.

Justin, for the favicon, just rename the favicon graphic i sent you to "favicon.ico" and drop it in your root directory as someone else mentioned above.   You can also ovewrite the one that is currently showing on your source code found at:

http://www.moneyistheroot.com/…..avicon.ico

The thing is…I dont know where the "root directory" is, or where to upload the favicon so it replaces the other one.  The only place i know to upload is in the image section.  The only section of my header that I can seem to change it the logo, and it only uploads one image.  I can add header text fields if i want to do ads…which I tried in that area and it didnt work.  Ill give it another shot. Thanks for the help.

The root directory is the directory above where your wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes folders are. It could be called public_html or just the name of your site, depending on how your hosting is set up. But if you go to say wp-admin and then go up one directory you'll be in the root.
