Personally I would like to have one forum topic where I can find easily recent posts of the active Yakezie members and challengers.
Then I can just go to that forum, click on the links in the most recent replies in that forum and read and comment on what the other Yakezie's have written recently on their site.
Thus my suggestion would be that each Yakezie member and challenger replies maximum once per week to this topic here. That reply includes the title of and a link to one post that they have published on their blog during the last 7 days.
In this way you can promote your recent posts. And you can help your fellow active Yakezie by visiting their recent posts.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea. If it is, this forum topic automatically will stay active. If it isn't, it will disappear in obliviousness.

There is the Yakezie blog network page (top right) that has this.

That is only for members and not challengers though.

Another good option is to visit fellow members and challengers sites and leaving comments. Typically, you can get reciprocal traffic by doing that.
There is also a 'who is on my team' thread for smaller groups that visit each others sites and comment once a week.
Another good way to get traffic to a post is to do a round up each week with the posts you've written for your site and link out to posts from other Yakezie/blogger sites.
The key is to selflessly promote others and you will have no problem getting traffic.
Good luck with the challenge!

Sorry people; I'm still a newbie here. I just realized that the weekly Yakezie carnival offers all I was looking for when I saw the carnival post on Little House in the Valley.
http://www.littlehouseintheval…..r-round-up
This page shows an extensive list of the best recent posts from the Yakezie challengers and members, even with a short introduction for each post. It is great and easy starting point to visit these other posts and see to which you want to link and on which you can contribute with a sensible comment. There is no need for this topic here.

It's ok. It's part of the learning to make mistakes. Thanks for the roundup post. Very helpful.
