@Lance–local firm. I like it that way. I hat auditing and dealing with corporate bureaucracy so this allows me to deal with small businesses and directly with the owners. Makes it a lot easier to make a real impact and give advice that can immediately help them improve.

@JW do you have to carefully watch what you say since you are governed by FINRA? Or do you have to get compliance approval for any post you write?

I've been working in radio since High School. Once the bug bit me…I was hooked. The mediation/dispute resolution interest came out of a desire to learn how to better interact and deal with some of the big egos (including my own sometimes).
