Greetings Yakezie Nation!
Noticing some pretty creative round up post around the net, I wanted to come up with one that would be great for my particular niche of real estate investors. Therefore, I am seeking your help. Here is what I need.
Submit your Top Two Personal Finance related post for real estate investors
* Note: These articles may not have been written specifically for real estate investors, but the ones that you think real estate investors should read on your site. Do you think they should carry more debt? Consider low interest CC? Max out an IRA? Have a living will? Update their life insurance? Share, share, share!
* Submit your entries here by Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 (The sooner the better. Would love to turn this into a weekly series…think I will)
* Open to ideas if you have any.

Doesn't have to be real estate related. Just the articles that are personal finance related that you think real estate investors might be interested in. For example, to retire by forty you must have some time of type of plan on what to do with the wealth you are going to accumulate and that is going to be providing the residual income needed to live after retirement.
Therefore, you must have some type of articles about these investment vehicles, Roth, Stocks, bonds, entrepreneurship, saving, budgeting…how about college expenses. Most adults have children that hopefully one day will make it into college…therefore, there is an expese they are thinking about.
Just throwing how some ideas. Hopefully I sparked a few for you.
