Hi all,

After moving, my wife has a lot of old inventory.  Do any of you sell used clothing and if so, where would you recommend?

Thanks! Cool

Buck. How are you my friend? How is the fam? Anyway, if they are name brand clothes you can sell them. If they aren't it will be very very tough. If I were you I would donate them to an organization that really could use them. Not the Salvation Army but some organization that will wear your wife's clothes through necessity.

Truly hope you guys are well.

Hey Buck, we moved last summer and went through a similar purge of old clothing…plus the kids are always outgrowing their clothes.  We sold some at a yard sale, sold some more to a local consignment shop, and then donated the rest.

Hey Jai!

Long time no see.  Looks like you're focusing on your photography more these days?  Been busy with life in general.  You know how that goes.  Hope all is well on your end and thanks for the tips!  Laugh

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the tips.  I did stumble on a site called tradesy.com.  Take a look! Smile

The older stuff I always donate and take a write-off, but anything newer/brand name/in style can be sold at thrift shops. You can usually make 50% of sales, and all you have to do is make an appointment to drop off your items, then pick up a check. Smile
