Noob here :-),
Currently I do not outsource anything in relation to my blog and I must admit it is rather time consuming. But, I am running off passion so I don't view it as a bad thing. Enough about me. I would like to know what do you currently outsource and why? Also, if you're not currently outsourcing but suddenly had the money to outsource something. What would you outsource?
Thank you in advance for your comments.

Right now, I don't outsource anything on my blog. I don't plan on outsourcing anything for quite a while. The only thing that I would consider outsourcing is some of the writing, but even then I wouldn't really call that outsourcing. I would just be hiring a staff writer. The writer wouldn't be replacing me, just working to generate additional content.
Now on my niche sites, I outsource nearly 100% of both the onsite and offsite content. They generate enough revenue to cover any outsourcing costs.

Jeremy,
Hmm.. I definitely would hire a staff writer once I get to the point of needing to produce content everyday. Maybe I should look into that now.

I outsourced the designing of my blog. I preferred to do that myself, but I'm technologically challenged (I suck with computers). Right now, I'm outsourcing SEO (using Pat Flynn's strategy).

I outsource my social media and all techie stuff to Jesse Michelsen from PF Firewall (jmichelsen4 *at* gmail *dot* com) but answer direct questions and tweets myself. I outsource blog carnival submissions to Melissa from Mom's Plans (momsplans *at* yahoo *dot* com). And I outsource any sponsored posts I need to write to Mark Riddix's blog writing group (http://markriddix.com/article-…..ng-service).

Right now I only outsource some advertising.
I plan to eventually outsource, carnival submissions and probably sponsored post to Mark. Lately, I just ask the advertiser to send me a post.

I outsource some ghost writing, as well as some technical stuff. I've also outsourced some backlinking in the past.

Aww, you guys outsource more than you think!
How many of you run your own servers? You outsource that!
Adsense is outsourcing too as are other affiliate programs.
If I had the money, I would have a senior editor to oversee content.

Lol. If I had the money, I'd probably hire a professional writer for myself. I have a ton of ideas, but my writing isn't that great (redundancy, etc). I know a lot of hedge fund guys who have writers do their writing, and all they do is churn out the ideas.

I'd like to move from Blogger to Wordpress and would like to outsource that depending on cost. I know I could manage it but it's just finding the time.

I outsource any technical stuff with the web design, my conversion from blogger to word press, my advertising, and I have a staff writer, Jana @ Daily Money Shot for writing on my challenger blog. Why do I outsource? I am horrible at web design, I am not comfortable negotiating with advertisers, and I have food intolerances, so we can't eat out like we used to. Jana is eating out and writing about it since she can. :) As my blog grows, I may outsource more, but that won't be for a while.

There's a good one! As soon as you can, I'd say do it. There are people here that could probably do it.
I don't regret for one second switching from Blogger to Wordpress, in fact I wish I did it sooner.

I currently don't outsource anything except for Glen's point about webhosting and adsense/affiliates/etc.
I also am starting to run carnival submissions for other blogs as well. If you are interested, you can check out my Corey for Hire page.
@Moneybeagle, I am getting ready to figure out the blogger to wordpress thing. My sister-in-law is wanting to move her blog that's currently in blogger to wordpress with her own domain. If I find a great tutorial, I will let you know. If I don't – I will put one together! :)

I outsource some writing- I have staff writers, my advertising, and carnival submissions. It is a huge time saver. It has been the only way I can keep the blog going.

I outsource my advertising to Crystal (above) and technical things that involve coding to Jesse (listed above in Crystal's comment).
For my niche sites, I plan to outsource some of the writing to the two article writing services offered by Yakezie members.

Yikes, I barely have time to respond to this post because the only thing I outsource is tech stuff, blog set up and fixing after I have problems!!! I am going a bit nuts, but don't want to outsource commenting and I like to write!! Carnivals don't take too long. this is stuff to think about!!!

Like others, I outsource advertising management and some writing. I did hire Jesse to set up the template for my newsletter which was well worth the money.

True, this is a good point!
I am also outsourcing advertising but I still handle some myself so I don't get rusty. I also outsource carnival submissions.
