We don't outsource anything! Of course, there are 2 of us but still…I think I need to have a talk with the boss :-)
I'd like to outsource our advertising (first, I'd like to get some advertising) and carnival submissions next year.
I can help you move from Blogger to WordPress. I designed and maintain our site as well as 5 or 6 others. I semi-understand SEO but need to really buckle down and start applying the knowledge.
I love this forum. Sometimes I just lurk and read and learn so much good stuff. Thank you all.

Right now, I just outsource Advertising. I'm building up a couple of inter-related niche sites and eventually will outsource some writing, ads and etc for them.

Giving Crystal control of my advertising has been a terrific decision. I'll explain fully in a monthly roundup earnings post. Suba helped with my transition from tumblr to Wordpress- also extremely pleased with her. I highly endorse the two of them.

Yay! Glad to have impressed quickly, lol. And yes, Suba is awesome!

See, all those testimonials are the reason I contacted Crystal to handle my advertising! And she makes it soooo easy to do

I do everything myself. I started blogging as a hobby because I love it and I try to learn everything I possibly can about it by applying it. For the occasional problem, I hit the help desk on the forums (thanks guys) or look for it on the Googles. I have self taught HTML, PHP, and CSS and learn more about them every time I try to update.
I am seriously considering outsourcing for a professional logo, but I am still trying to learn enough Photoshop skills to pull it off myself.
I am always thinking about outsourcing for business ideas (thanks to Tim Ferris), but have yet to pull the trigger.

This is fascinating to me. I didn't realize so many people had blogs earning enough money to do all this outsourcing. I don't earn anything on my blog…yet. But I'd definitely like to have a professional layout and design on my blog some day as well as advertising. But I love writing (actually, I do writing for a couple of other people) so I don't think I'd ever outsource that. I need to learn some more about blogging so I can truly take it up to a level that earns money.

Same here. I didn't realize how many people have ghost writers, especially for sponsored posts. I'm not sure that's something I would feel comfortable doing, at least as long as my blog is focused on my journey to learn more about finance rather than necessarily trying to directly educate other people. I would love to have someone design a logo, header, and some page layout for me but I'm not going to consider spending any money on my blog until I've been at it for a year. I will probably look into buying the url and switching off of blogspot before then, but only if I've made enough in advertising revenue to cover the cost up front. I don't like spending money on hobbies, especially if I haven't convinced myself that it will last.

I only outsource my advertising, though that may change in the future. I kinda want to outsource a book review post, but I've got to have it up too soon for that.
