Help, social media buttons are taking over my site lol | Bloggers Lair | Yakezie Forums

So I finally have the floating Diggdigg Social Media Bar on my site, however, I still have all the other buttons on my site that do the same thing. My floater doesn't appear on my "home" page, however, it will be on each and every one of my post's. On my "Post" pages, I want the floater bar to be the only social media buttons, while on my "home" page, I would like the buttons to stay as they are. I am sure I set them all up when I was setting the blog, but I can't seem to remember how to access and edit those other ones. Thanks for the hlep. 

it only happens (and looks cluttered) when you are on a post page, the front/home page doesn't have the floater
