Meeting a FinTech CEO – how to turn it into the best content

I'm meeting the Founder and CEO of a Financial Software and Services company to talk about his product, he knows I am going to be blogging about it and I am wondering what strategies I can use to create the best value from this opportunity.

I think beyond writing simply a more informed post on the company I should be thinking about interview format and unique content (photo's video etc) though I am little nervous about videoing as I am a little camera shy.

We're meeting over coffee to talk about his firm and what it offers.  Look forward to any ideas – would you make it into a series (I was thinking to maybe have post 1 a generic about the firm, then follow up post 2 with 'Coffee with the Founder') , or anything else that could maximize impact?
