Two other personal finance sites I own (non Yakezie sites) also saw increases – both are now page rank 3!

I can't say where you were before, but check up on older articles and pages. You may find that some of those now carry a rank that didn't prior.

I also went to a PR 3 and am pretty jacked about. Congrats to everyone else, especially those of you guys moving up to 4 or 5! This could be a great spiral for Yakezie, I was just thinking about many links I share with all of you, and now those links all moved up significantly and should be passing on more "link juice" in theory. Here's to more prosperity!

Still PR3 on Narrow Bridge and Israel Situation. Both used to be 4, so I am still bummed but happy that I didn't lose my rank after the Panda crap that I had happen.
Personal blog went from PR0 to PR2. Flash mob site went from PR0 to PR3.

Do you have one version set in your webmaster tools? You can also set up a redirect in .htaccess from one version to the other (www vs non-www).
This way there's no confusion on which way the site url should be and if someone links to you the other way it gets redirected.
WordPress doesn't handle this redirect on its own? I guess I need to look into how to make this change to the file. I refer to all of my sites without the leading www.

I remember that your site dropped once you picked up that staff writer, and now it jumped up once he left! Might not be a coincidence!  
KNS Financial went up to a 3, and Fat Guy, Skinny Wallet remained a 3.
I'll check some of my individual articles via Market Samurai when I get home.

Can someone check out Funancials? I'm showing a PR4 which I'm ecstatic about (but confused as well). I know of a lot of more developed sites that are PR2-3.

Some of us experienced a jump to 4 in the past – usually a shock – to find ourselves "demoted" to a 3 later. I don't mean to be a party pooper but after these updates Google often does a "correction". My first update was 0 to 4, but then to 3. But 3 is still really cool!

Congrats to everyone who had a boost. This is great. Heed SPF's warning though. Sadly this fame is sometimes short lived. Remember, you started your blog for numerous reasons and goals, not just page rank.
