One topic that has burned at me for a while is the job market.  I hear so many reports about how the economy is really good…except for the job market, and that always leads to what needs to be done for a healthy job market.  I believe that because of the recession, the job market has fundamentally changed, and today's market is the new norm.

 

If you could read, comment, share, or let me know what you think, I'd greatly appreciate it.
