I've heard that Genesis Lifestyle Pro is a good mobile responsive theme. I have no experience with it, though. Good luck!

Hi, I use Thesis (with the Promo skin).
It is a relatively expensive, compared to other offers, but offers great features, IMO.

Any of the Genesises (Genesii?) are good. I've been using various Genesis themes for ~2.5 years now and I'm happy with them.

I love Genesis too. I do all of my designs with Genesis child themes. Here is an affiliate link if you decide to go that way.

3 notes:
1) you get what you pay for. free responsive themes may have virus or bugs
2) the theme we use has some bugs, but there is support covered
3) remember to design for the mobile user. so simple and clean
