In the past, I've seen Google Drive spreadsheets where you are directed to a form to fill in instead of being sent to the actual spreadsheet. I'm in the process of starting up a blog swap for food bloggers (side note, if you are a food blogger or share recipes on your site, you can sign up here for the "homemade Halloween party treats" themed swap for Oct 28). Since this isn't going to be within a community like Yakezie, I know some bloggers might be wary of sharing their email address in an open spreadsheet. So I was thinking of creating a form instead so that they simply submit their information via that and it appears in the spreadsheet that only administrators have access to.

 

So my question is, does anyone know how to do that?
