Hi all,

I signed up with Feedburner and added a link to it on my page.  If I have subscribers using the original feed link, do I have to have them resubscribe using the new Feedburner link?

If I have subscribers on the original link and subscribers on the new Feedburner link, are they pointing to the same place, but the Feedburner one actually counts them?

Finally, if I edit a published post, does this negatively impact a RSS subscriber?  Will they see two articles?  My original and the edited one?

Thanks! Laugh

Your site looks good Buck! You might just want to check on your RSS feed. I don't think you have email subscription activated.

Check out the Feedburner Feedsmith pluin.  That should make sure your feeds are all the same.

I use this plugin:

http://flagrantdisregard.com/feedburner/

It sets up a redirect for your feed to your feedburner feed.  As such, your current subscrbiers can keep their subscriptions to your original feed URL and will really be getting it from feedburner.  It will all be seamless to them and it should be counted in your feedburner stats.   not sure if Feedsmith plugin offers the same functionality.  There's some simple ways to do it without a plugin as well (using your .htaccess file)

I use the FD Feedburner plugin which redirects the feed automatically.

I know that you can see email subscribers in feedburner. I don't know about other than that.
