RSS – taking existing subscribers and moving them to a new feed source

I have a number of subscribers to my RSS feed but due to the new structure of Saverocity they aren't getting any updates – Feed1 which they initially signed up for isn't updating, as now Feed2,Feed3,Feed4,Feed5 are required due to me hosting separate blogs in the same domain.

I think I can take all 5 feeds and blend them into one master feed, but not sure if I would then need to take all my subscribers and point them at feed6 (master blend) or if I can simply bolt feeds2-5 onto feed1 to make that the master.

Any experience with this, and ideas for implementing a solution that works and is least disruptive to my readers?
