Good Morning. I have a few sitemap questions. 

1. How often do you submit your sitemap?

2. Do you submit it to both Google and Bing?

3. Do you also submit category, page and post sitemaps?

I use the XML-Sitemap Generator plugin, which automatically creates a new sitemaps and notifies the search engines when posts are added/changed.
