Conversation, talking to another person(s) face to face! Is it dead?
Twitter, email, Facebook and other social networking tools is making
conversation obsolete. Is it a time or a geographical issue? I expressed
my opinion on my blog, if you are interested. What do you think?

I still love conversations!  I know what you mean though.  I get together with friends as often as possible just to defend myself against having to text, lol.  :-)

Dead? It is certainly evolving, though unless people stop communicating with each other, I don't think it's dead. I'm personally better at the written medium than the spoken one, but both are important and we shouldn't neglect either one. We'll probably see a merging of different mediums while at the same time, there will be more divergence (Twitter, etc…). I think we better get used to it since things aren't going back to the way they were!
