Today I wrote a post about how I was challenged to a weight lifting contest.  My very first one and I think I represented the nerds/geeks well :-).  Anyway, I decided to turn it into a personal finance related posts.  Check it out here:  The Similarities Between Weight Lifting and Personal Finance: The Gym Competition Edition

Also, if you are into weight lifting or going to the gym, what tips do you have for me to improve my form?

I noticed a lot wrong with my form, after watching the videos within the post.  My shoulders are paying the price right nowCryCryCry… but you live and you learn.

That is a great post and a great analogy.  I am going to incorporate this strategy into my next workout.  You have inspired me, thanks.
