I'm having issues making our FB page look – well, look like anything.
Also a bit tough to keep up with reddit, digg, twitter etc etc.
Oh boy.

The amount of social media sites is staggering. My best advice is to prioritize and then ignore the sites you just don't have time for, lol. I just recently got Facebook setup properly and I've been on Twitter for a while (even though I don't do much with it, bad Crystal). Stumble Upon won't let me sign up (I just get a loading signal forever), so I am on Digg and Reddit I think. Just take things one at a time and remember that keeping on track with your posts is the most important step – everything else is just gravy. :-)

It is pretty much a nothing page. No images, articles etc. I haven't had time to figure it out. We've been focusing on networking, learning twitter and of course, producing new content.

you just have to keep things simple:
#1 update your status / tweet as much as you can
#2 share other stories
#3 follow / be friend with people ;-D

Your page looks good to me! It's got a link to your site, a brief description…basically everything you need for a good start! Next step is just starting to connect with others on FB.
Might start by looking at some of the other Yakezie member's pages and "like" them
