Welcome Melissa! We just purchased a food saver from Amazon for this reason. I can't wait to start reading your cooking tips!
Thanks. Let me know how you like to Food Saver. I have been considering one, but right now I just use foil and freezer bags.

Welcome Melissa! As a SAHM to 4 kids I love freezer cooking! I just followed you on Twitter so I can keep updated on your cooking!
Thanks, Dana. For the last two months, I have been posting on Facebook every few hours during my freezer cooking weekend. Do you have some favorite OAMC resources?

Unfortunately I don't. I just cook double (or triple batches) of the family favorites every other week or so and freeze those to create my stockpile. I would definitely like to expand my freezer recipes. I haven't been brave enough to do the OAMC (Once A Month Cooking) thing yet but I might have to give that a try.

Hello everyone. I suppose I should introduce myself now that I put up a few unintentional controversial comments in a few different forums. I started the challenge at 13,268,504 on 14 November 2010 and 13 days later, I sit at 3,012,424. This huge drop was due to heavily promoting a Kindle Giveaway that had almost 1400 page views in only five days. Because I know that my huge drop is unsustainable, I will now continue to rely on content to push me lower than 100,000. But the giveaway was really rewarding in terms of site participation.
I try to focus my writing on ways that we prevent ourselves from building wealth, as many people already know the fundamentals to build wealth — they just choose to ignore them.
Although making money from my blog would be great, I think that it'll be even greater to have a huge and sustainable audience that makes it a part of their life to quote, "that's how we prevent wealth."
I'm glad to accept the Yakezie challenge and hope to see our network grow even more!

Thanks, Aloysa. Believe it or not, the winner opted for the $100 gift card instead. Maybe it was my post about the hidden costs of eReaders that swayed her decision

I'm starting the Yakezie challenge today on December 3, 2010. My Alexa is currently at at 97068 and I hope to get it below 50K in 6 months. I was actually sitting at 50K 6 months ago so I guess I've been doing the reverse-Yakezie challenge. In any case, I'm pretty close to releasing a course on how to create a profitable ecommerce store online and hope to go back to blogging full blast. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
